I’m a multidisciplinary creative from Zimbabwe, where pursuing fashion is often viewed as impractical rather than ambitious. Growing up, I was expected to follow a more conventional path, reflecting the belief that intellect belongs in courtrooms or clinics, not in ateliers. Through my work, I aim to challenge that idea and redefine what intelligence, success, and innovation can look like.

Fashion, to me, has never been just about clothing. It is a language of identity, storytelling, and cultural expression. Through design, I explore the relationship between creativity and purpose, using fashion as a way to celebrate where I come from while imagining what is possible for the future.

I am inspired by the idea of pioneering a new creative economy in Zimbabwe, one where fashion, music, film, and other forms of artistic expression are recognized as powerful industries capable of creating opportunities and driving change. My goal is to become a Creative Director, bringing these disciplines together to create meaningful experiences, amplify African stories, and build spaces where creatives can thrive.
